Payment Process

We can only accept payment Via MoneyGram / express money. After sending your payment please get in touch with us and email us the Control # or Ref # and sender's details as well. We must receive your payment within 3 days; otherwise, your order will be automatically canceled.

We will make sure that you will get your order on time and in good condition. AFTER WE ALREADY CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT, WE WILL SHIP YOUR ORDER AFTER 3 to 5 Working days. EXPECTED ARRIVAL IS 10 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE SHIPMENT.

All International Orders have 3 to 5 days processing period depending on the availability of the stocks. In case another product is not available at hand we will notify you via Email.
 

Shipping & Returns

 
We do not provide a refund once the goods have been opened.  We cannot help if customs in your country open the package or if they delay the shipment of the goods.  We ask that you be patient as on small occasions this can happen.  Should you not receive your goods kindly email us and we are happy to resolve any disputes amicably.  We do not refund shipping costs. We must receive the goods before we can make any refund or changes
 
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any custom items.

We do not offer free shipping at this time. Our  Partner Courier Local and International are Xend/Lbc/jrs.
 
We ship orders out Monday through Friday. Shipping of orders are within 2 to 3 days (Depends if the products at hand). The products will be coming from PHILIPPINES,  the shipment will take 10 working days, it all depends on your customs clearance.

You can track the status of your order by logging in to your account. We also notify you via email when your order status has shipped and provided tracking numbers.

If the item has not arrived in the time that we have given, please check the status of your package at your local post office using the tracking number or call us to arrange redelivery of your package. For wholesale/bulk orders, there might be some delay due to customs clearance. We will continue to monitor your orders until it reaches you. We will be glad to be of assistance if there would be any problem with the shipment. Just contact us and let us know.

When placing an order with us, please check if this product is legal in your country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the import of our product. Customers will also be responsible for customs taxes and duties in their countries. IF THERE WOULD BE ANY.
